In-Depth On-Site Assessment and Condition Reporting
Every Narrabeen project begins with a thorough on-site roof inspection that goes well beyond a surface-level look. We assess structural condition, surface wear and corrosion levels, moisture ingress indicators, lagoon-side humidity effects, access logistics, heritage or character requirements, and any council, strata, or environmental obligations. A comprehensive written roof report is provided along with a fully itemised, transparent quotation. Where concealed moisture damage or active leaks are suspected, we deploy roof leak detection methods to pinpoint the source before locking in the scope of works.
Council Permits, Environmental Approvals and Strata Coordination
Our team manages all Development Applications, building permits, coastal hazard assessments, and heritage compliance processes directly with Northern Beaches Council. For lagoon-adjacent properties, we ensure all relevant environmental protection requirements are met and documented correctly. Strata roofing projects receive dedicated coordination support to ensure body corporate approvals are in place before work commences. We also advise on whether roof insulation upgrades, solar panel roofing integration, or improved roof ventilation can be incorporated while access is already in place.
Coordinated, Clean and Considerate Delivery Every Time
With approvals secured and materials confirmed, we execute the project to a clear schedule that accounts for Narrabeen’s weather patterns, lagoon-adjacent environmental sensitivities, access constraints, and the needs of neighbouring properties. Value-adding elements including skylight installation, roof safety rails, whirlybird installation, and roof sarking installation are incorporated where they benefit the property. The site is kept clean and safe throughout, a final roof safety inspection is completed, and all documentation is provided before we hand back your property.
